Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 26, 2025

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ZPCverse.io, including ebooks, Lore Drops, NFTs, and merchandise.

1. Digital Goods (Ebooks, Lore Drops, NFTs)
All sales of digital products are final. Once a file or NFT is delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be issued due to the irreversible nature of digital content and blockchain transactions.

2. Merchandise (Physical Products)
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.
To qualify, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact info@zpcverse.io within 7 days of receipt with a photo and order number. We’ll replace or refund the product promptly.

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Blockchain transactions (NFTs, tokens) cannot be reversed.
