Do I need an ETH wallet to buy?
You only need an ETH wallet for items that come with an NFT. If the item needs a wallet, the shop will ask you for it during checkout. The Lore Drop does not need an ETH wallet, so anyone can buy it without one. You will still get all your special content even without a wallet. Think of the wallet like a digital backpack—only some items need to be placed inside it.
What if I don’t have an ETH wallet?
You can make one using apps like MetaMask, and it doesn’t cost anything. When you make a wallet, it will ask you to save 12 secret words. These words are very important because they help you get your wallet back if your app breaks or you lose your phone. You should write these words down and keep them safe, like in a notebook or on something metal that doesn’t get damaged easily. Never share these words with anyone because they are the key that unlocks your wallet.
Can I still order without a wallet?
Yes, you can still buy items even if you don’t have a wallet. Items that don’t need an NFT will work just fine without one. You will still get the PDF lore file that comes with your order. The shop won’t stop you from checking out if the item doesn’t need a wallet. It’s totally okay to enjoy the story without using any crypto tools.
What do I get after checkout?
After you buy something, you will get an email saying your order went through. You will also get your PDF lore drop so you can start reading right away. If your item includes an NFT, you’ll get that later after the team checks your order. The NFT doesn’t come instantly because it needs to be approved and created first. The email you receive lets you know that everything is working and on its way.
Why does my order say “waiting for approval”?
This message shows up because our team needs to check your wallet information before sending your NFT. We do this to make sure everything is correct and to avoid sending NFTs to the wrong wallet. It also helps us make sure every customer gets exactly what they paid for. This approval step usually doesn’t take very long. It’s an extra layer of safety so your digital items go to the right place.
When will I get my NFT?
You will get your NFT after the team approves your order. Once the details look correct, the NFT will be minted, which means it gets created on the blockchain. After that, it will be sent straight to the wallet you gave us. Sometimes this takes a little time because the blockchain needs to process it. You’ll be notified once it’s done, so you don’t have to keep checking over and over.
How do I view my NFT?
When your NFT is ready, you’ll get a link that takes you to Rarible so you can see it. Rarible is a website that shows your digital collectibles in one place. Your NFT might also show up inside your wallet app if it supports the Polygon Network, which is where your NFT lives. You can check it any time, just like looking at a picture in a gallery on your phone or computer.
What if I entered the wrong wallet address?
NFTs can’t be moved once they are sent, so it’s very important to double-check your wallet address. If you realize you made a mistake, contact support as fast as you can, before the order is approved. We might be able to fix it if the NFT hasn’t been sent yet. But once the NFT is on the way or delivered, it can’t be undone. It’s like sending a package to the wrong house—once it gets there, it’s very hard to get back.
Does the Lore Drop contain an NFT?
Yes, the Lore Drop comes with a PDF and a collectible NFT on the Polygon Network. You can enjoy the story right away with the PDF, and the NFT serves as your digital collectible badge. If you buy the Lore Drop without typing in your wallet address, you’ll still get the PDF. If you decide later that you want the NFT too, you can contact support and they’ll help you claim it. You don’t have to rush into using a wallet if you’re still learning how it works.
Can I buy multiple items at once?
Yes, you can add as many items as you want to your cart. Just check that your wallet address is correct for items that need an NFT. If you’re buying items that don’t need a wallet, you don’t have to worry about that part. The shop will handle everything for you at checkout. It works almost the same as buying anything else online.
